Blood pressure advice

I'm currently on my 3rd week of a epi-strong cycle and my blood pressure has hit 145. I'm dosing at 45mg but went to 30 today after seeing that. I'm currently taking hawthorn berry to try to keep it down. Any advice or should I just stop. If I hit 150's there's no way I'm gonna keep going. Don't want to mess around with blood pressure that much.
 
if you go into cycle with heart issues then you will only make them worse.

you should be in top shape before jumping on. since you are taking epi which is a gentle oral compared to others and you are taking support supps there is no way you went into cycle in any sort of good shape I will tell you straight up. I'm on hex and EQ and my RBC is within range, and my bp is 118-69.. and its not like I am a smallish guy.. i am carrying a lot of mass for my frame... so lets not be so quick to blame AAS for causing our problems.. diet is crucial.. if you cannot control your diet then a lot of cardio is needed

here is the kicker though.. taking 1 bp isn't gonna be very accurate.. you gotta take it throughout the day when you are not exercising .. it can be misleading .. also its a good idea to take a leak beforehand as well to flush out some extra water weight

what are your stats?
 
BP fluctuates day to day. For now, don't do any heavy training. Keep reps in the 10 -15 range. And walk as much as possible.
 
I've been taking hawthorn berry with N2Guard and it seems to help.

Bp was 111/60 day before I check it multiple times a day since that time it's just climbing. It was 145/80. I'm 135 7% fat. 22 5"3
 
Also I will say I reached a 198 once on a natty. Daa, pse erase, unleashed, and dicreatine malate. I'm pretty sure it was the Creatine bc I put on 8 lbs immediately with that from water.
Update
Just got off work sat for 5 minutes and took Bp and was at 136/70 then relaxed some more and time measurement twice and got 128,129/62.
What are some things to watch to keep it down. I already watch my sodium. Of course no stims and I take krill oil but would fish oil be a better option

Hit 163 rested. Quitting all except forma and n2guard. Any advice would be nice. Drinking lemon water to keep water weight down.
 
Like the previous posters mentioned, bp will vary day to day and hour to hour. Rises and drops in bp happen all day, especially when using a steroid. Epi is kinda known for doing this. As long as your bp isn't consistantly high, I wouldn't worry too much. Keep eating clean, drink 2 gallons of water ED, keep sodium as low as possible, and try to do cardio each day. Up your n2guard and split the doses up throughout the day. flax/fish/krill oil tabs spread throughout the day as well. Dont be afraid to take large amounts of them. I'm hypertensive and these are all things I make sure im doing off cycle and im a huge stickler for on cycle to control my bp

Thanks I appreciate. Should I change my dose of epi. Today I took 60 had been at 45
 
Personally I'd stick with 60 and do everything I could for my bp. If it doesn't subside within a few days, then dropping the dose would be my next step. When all else failed, flushing my system of sodium and bloat with loads of water really did the trick

Ok ill do what I can I'm up almost 10lbs but alot from the diet. May have to cut back on carbs just a hair. I'm fatter than I've ever been which isn't much prob 11% but I'm used to walking around at 7% all my life.
 
The best thing on the planet for blood pressure is "Peruvian purple corn extract." I don't usually recommend grape it's and granola herbal cures... But this stuff works better than any of the blood pressure meds. You just add a scoop to your protein shake.

Amazon carries a 4:1 extract from Nutricargo that is excellent.

The downside is that it can cause significant insomnia in some people.

Well I already can't sleep so nothing new there for me. I may grab some and take it with some melatonin at night hopefully get some sleep. Thanks.
 
Can anything in hcgenerate, forma stanzol, or daa cause Bp to go up. I need to start a proper pct but I'm iffy about anything that might raise Bp

No, you should be fine taking those supps.
 
Well I've been off for 5 days now and my Bp is still at 155/70. This afternoon. Not sure what to do I did light cardio yesterday and then more intense cardio today.
 
All I know is I donated blood a few weeks ago and I have felt so much better. If I were u I would give it a shot.

Ill give it a shot but right now I can't. In their system I tried to give once but couldn't due to gh I took as a kid. I know it's synthetic so they would be ok with it they said all they need is the name of the kind I took to be sure but its been so long I couldn't remember. Ill go dig through some stuff to see if I can find it.
 
Hawthorn berry extract 1G / day. reportedly this can take a long time to be completely effective (weeks/months).
Celery seed 3nB type, supposed to kick in alot sooner than the hawthorn berry. I also use the seeds mixed in salads and tuna.
Any vasodilator - arginine, POM juice, these help to expand arteries which aids in reducing the force of blood being pushed through. I think that PH's can constrict them and this creates the elevation.
Meditation - stress is a big contributor, relaxation is key do not over react or panic.
I know mine is elevated when the headaches start.
Lots of water.

The best method to measure is by mercury, you know the one used in doctors office. Them digital cuffs at Walmart / CVS are junk and not precise.
Measurements should best be taken in the am over a period of a month about 2x / week. If these readings show a sustained elevated level then you may have prehypertension, hypertension or high blood pressure. A spike in pressure is normal it is the long term effects of sustaine elevated or HBP which result is bad things.
 
Gave blood and oddly my Bp had come down to 126/64 before then. Yesterday was still high as it has been. Anyways iron was high at 17.5. Think that could be the problem?
 
Had a friend with high BP and low Vitamin D3. Got his Vitamin D3 back up to levels and his BP came down to normal. Same thing happen to me to. First blood test I had low D3 and high BP. After taking 5,000 IU in the morning and 5,000 IU at night of D3, the next time I went into the docs, my BP was back to normal. I've always had high BP until I started taking Vitamin D3.

How long will it take to get my liver enzymes back to normal. I ask because I want to go get blood work done. I only did 3 weeks of epi ran hcgenerate,n2guard, and forma.
 
Well 15 days later and my blood pressure is all over. Gave blood and it was low. That day about 126. Then went to a dermatologist for a bump and it was 126. Each day I was. Taking stuff. Been at my gf who is in nursing school and she is taking it by hand. It has been anywhere from 150 to 130. Not sure what's got it so bad.
 
If you know what "poppers" are, it's actually used in hospitals to lower blood pressure. Sold in smoke shops as video head cleaner. Also citrulline should help a bit I would think. GW is great for cholesterol as well.
 
How easy is it to get doctors to just give u a water pill. Until I can figure this out I might need it. I wanted to wait a month off before going in and gettin bloods so dr would be shocked by liver but I guess I got to
 
Just an update to anyone who ever needs help. I haven't completely taken care of the issue but I can say that throwing in garlic seemed to have worked wonders and then adding a large dose of magnesium daily has eliminated the thumps in my head with the exception of leg workouts.
 
best thing is eat celery. it works better than all tabs i tried.

145 is not bad, no go would be alarmed by that. whats the other reading?

make sure you are doing cardio... sscv
