Bloating feeling

Right now I am clean. I'm trying to drop about 20-25lbs before I hit the sauce. My problem is that I constantly feel bloated. I drink only water, eat less come meal time, no junk food whatsoever and no soda. Typically for me this is all I have to do to drop some weight along with working out and cardio. I also take Hydroxycut and Ginger root. I don't know what else to do? I also don't eat after 9:00pm. Guys i'm starting to lose my mind. Any help? Any suggestions?:confused:
 
As far as sodium goes, whatever is in the food already. I try to avoid salt at all costs. Pretty much the food we cook is all fresh. And water about 1 gallon.
 
I can't say exactly. Maybe 12-14%. Give or take. I eat when my schedule allows me to. Like i said earlier, i've even cut done on portions. This feeling really does suck bad.
 
That is weird. Low BF and still a bloated feeling. Sometimes after not eating for a while, having a big meal will bloat you like there is no tomorrow. The only other thing I can think of would be your sodium intake.

My exact thoughts when i read it...there is alot of sodium in pretty much everything these days...are you eating alot of frozen foods? Give us an example of a day's diet or something, and I'm sure i can figure something out...

Or there's always the probability that it's in your head.
 
Today's a good example. It is now 10:10pm. I was only able to eat 2 meals today. Lunch and dinner. This was all my schedule allowed for me. Lunch was Grilled chicken salad. And unfortunately dinner consisted of chicken also with very little brown rice/red beans with spinach.

I tend to stay away from frozen foods.

I wish this was all in my head.
 
Maybe it's the fact that you're only eating 2 meals per day...lol. Try to get 5-6 in every day...I know it's tough with the schedule, but find a way.
