Right now I am clean. I'm trying to drop about 20-25lbs before I hit the sauce. My problem is that I constantly feel bloated. I drink only water, eat less come meal time, no junk food whatsoever and no soda. Typically for me this is all I have to do to drop some weight along with working out and cardio. I also take Hydroxycut and Ginger root. I don't know what else to do? I also don't eat after 9:00pm. Guys i'm starting to lose my mind. Any help? Any suggestions?
