bloated face??

Hey guys im 21 about to turn 22 in a couple months... i just dont get why my face always seems chubby/bloated...sometimes i sware just by looking at my face in a picture and nothing else, one would think i was over weight or a chubby kid...but in reality im actually in very good shape, 5 11 about 185 and pretty ripped...some say i dont have a ounce of fat on me,,,,usually following it up by except in your face with laughs...i really want to slim my face down is there anything i could do ??

Some might say it could be high estrogen, but if you're at a low BF with a fat face, that's linked to your genes. I mean what are you gunna do, take Nolvadex the rest of your life?

Try dropping sodium and carb intake, go on a keto diet. Carb load around your workouts, never eat past past 6pm. Also dairy products containing milk + lactose are linked to bloat.

You aren't beaulimic are you? Anything that swells up your salivary glands, like chewing gum alot. Drop it
 
hmm... nope not beaulimic for sure lol, i mean i know i got a baby face thats without being said , but there are definitely times where its been more rounded and bloated then other times when i dont mind it
 
I remember back in the day some people were using Yohimburn ES on their face (topical fat burner). I used the stuff and couldn't really tell a big diff because my BF wasn't low enough. You can always give that a shot. If I remember correctly that stuff lowered your E levels in areas it was rubbed on, high estro=fat stored quicker. So in sense it stopped fat from storing in certain pockets where it was rubbed into. I'm not 100% on this, but why not give it a shot, it's pretty cheap.
 
Maybe start doing some facial exercises. I got some stuff from carol malone, exercises like holding a smile, or lowering and raising eyebrows.

Not sure if it works as i have never put it into practise. I do so much running, punchbag work etc my face is tight and the skin is very thin, don't have the time for supplementary exercises at the moment.

ya maybe ill try some stuff...first im going to try to lower my sodium intake and drink more water....if that doesnt work ill try something else
 
yea i am currently on jack3d and im deciding to go off it and start cutting...im already pretty cut but id like to be completely ripped, unfortunately im sure im going to lose some size because of this but i guess u gotta sacrifice it
 
Sometimes I feel like I have the same problem as you, but anytime I get below 8% BF, my face completely changes. I'm blessed with being susceptible to "pussy face" as I call it. When I get any higher than 12% I look like I'm 13 years old, and it sucks. When I get below 8%, my jawline finally arrives and I look "manlier." It's funny, because when I get very lean and I see some old friends that haven't seen me in a while, the first thing they notice is my face, and not my overall physique. Unfortunately, I can't get better parents, so I just have to roll with it. If you're at 6% or below and you still have a fat face, then I'm afraid there's not a whole lot you can do about it. Luckily, for guys like you, once you get a bit older your face will probably lean out a lot and by the time you're 40, you'll still look like a warrior.

Of course, a lot of this could be in your head. You might not really have that fat of a face. How fat are we talking about here? Like Jon Gosselin blowfish fat?
 
haha yea man maybe ill try to actually cut, which ive never in my life done lol.... i just feel like compared to my body my face doesnt look right, pretty much my cheeks jus feel like they got alot of water retention or something especialy when i smile it really looks fat lol....i was told low sodium and im going to stop the creatine too and start adding 10 minutes of cardio after every workout for a few weeks...maybe when i get some extra money ill try the yohiburn cream or something
