Blast and Cruise?

yep, GNRH. There was an article a few months back in MD about a single shot PCT. They were talkin about TRIP(GNRH)

and about the whole pros lying thing. I do believe most of them lie, or at least stretch the truth. but one pro I do tend to believe is Lee Priest. He has talked alot about his gear usage and the doses arent very extreme at all. He says he relies mostly on food in the offseason to build muscle. Which I believe becasuse A) he is fat as fuck in the off season while bulking and B) he just seems to not give a fuck what people think. And thats what he says, I believe him. lmao

Good points... Speaking of lee priest and being fat, does anyone here think that It might be wise to do a blast and cruise where you BULK during the cruise just eat and eat to pack on mass, and use the "blast" to shred fat and do lots of cardio keeping your gains and "blasting" fat? Just a thought..

eh....not really. Unless you were getting ready for a show. Than you would obviously be blasting and using that time to cut fat AND possibly build muscle. Personally I never cut til I need to. Whether or not on cycle, im bulking year round(trying to anyway). I wont be cutting til my next show. But I still cycle, and still learning more from the experianced guys on here who blast and cruise. Cuz one day Im sure I will be blasting and cruising as well.(I wanna compete at the top lvl)

That is probably closer to what pros do I would assume. But im assuming there "cruises" are still a pretty decent cycle. "cruise" in the off season to add mass, "blast" pre-contest. Again, this is what I would ASSUME most top guys do.

obviously if you are on a "trt" regimen, you will be cruising and trying to bulk than if you do a show, up the doses, throw in other compounds and cut.

Makes sense to me. From where I stand I really enjoy powerlifting i mean I LOVE IT! However; I also care to a certain degree how I look. I'm moving up from the 198 PL class to the 220 Class. Obviously it will take time to fill out and actually be comfortably resting at 220, but I can't see myself doing PL and still growing after that. Everyone outside the 220 class is a fatty mess and I enjoy life I don't wanna kill my heart with tons of muscle AND tons of fat. I can see myself getting into bodybuilding really hardcore if I start to break that 220 mark. Either way my last natural PL contest will be in july.
 
nice. I have thought about doing some Pl meets. But I just dont care about strength too much. Maybe one day, if im in the middle of a nasty bulk I might do one just for the fun of it. But I would never put all my energy to being the strongest I can. I rather concentrate on bein the biggest I can. lol

but dude, how tall are you? unless your a midget, I dont see you having too much trouble getting over 220 and staying in decent shape. Im 5'11'' and 220 isnt really that big(to me anyway). If your about my height and you cycle OR blast and cruise, You shouldnt have any trouble being a good shape over 220. Maybe not soon, but that goal is def reachable for someone who knows how to train AND EAT and whos hittin the sauce.

Im 5'11'', about 213 right now maybe around 12% bf and I KNOW im not very big. lol

When im sittin at 255 @3%bf motherf-ers better watch out. lol Give me maybe 5 years

damn I KNOW (complex setting in) well my bodyfat right now is a little higher than I'd like it. I'm not dieting til after my PL meets I'll probably keep my diet where it is for now add a little cardio and diet for two weeks from mid july to aug. If I'm still at 14% bf (I plan to be) I'll be doing my Test E at @ 500 weeks 1-12 Dbol @ 30 weeks 1-4 and anavar @ 45mg weeks 9,10,11,12

I have a belly and love handles at even probably into the single dig! at 13% 193 I still had a little stomach yet my veins in my arms were bulges and you can see all 3 heads of my tricep and all 4 squad separations. stupid. Not that I care too much since I'm PL ATM and wanna be strong, but damn I don't have to look like crap!

haha. At least you think that way. Alot of PL'ers I know could give a rats ass about how they look. Its all about the numbers for them. But why not both? Stan Efferding seems to have it down pretty well. lol

and ya, my AVI picture was taken like a week ago. Honestly I have NO IDEA what bf% I am. I do know I can see a 6 pack and seperation in my legs. But I really dont care. Im actually trying to put on some fat right now. I stay pretty lean year round and I think its making it hard for me to gain as much as possible. Im tryin to gain mass and I just dont f-in eat enough. So im cramming myself with pizza, cheeseburgers and candy. lol Its not working. Im sticking around 213. I know I just need to up my total caloric intake, but my appetite is shit, so I try to eat shit to get more cals. lol not working. Maybe I need to eat even MORE shit food. lol
