Blackberries suck

Just got one today. The sound on it sucks, it is hard to listen to because it is a weird shape and I can't even figure out how to send a text message on the damn thing.

Plus I figured out I'm probably paying about $20 more a month on the plan I purchased. I'm going in tomorrow to cancel the damn thing.

Give me good options for a phone, because these things blow. And it needs to be free because I'm not paying a cent for a phone.

I have the 7100i and it does not send "text msg"
it can receive them though.

we have standard cheap phones for calling and texting and blackberries for work stuff - email, msgs, etc .....
