I think he was talking about physically the same. Personality is a consequence of many thing.....family life, culture, the list is huge. If you took a white baby, and gave it to a black couple to look after, the baby would be influenced by their culture etc. The baby is still white......but its personality is not typically white.

Stereotypes exist because people cant deal with what is different to them......they get scared and try to belittle them whilst coming up with seemingly good reasons for the prejudice. The Sailor-girl/Calico thread was a perfect example of this happening.....although not really a racist example.

Do you really think that races are the same even inside? If that were so, then how did stereotypes ever begin in the first place? Personalities vary from person to person, just as I believe they can from race to race.
