hey all

its been over a year not since a cycle.....but still have some bitch tits

i did take tamoxifen for a few weeks after my cycle but didnt see any improvement so i stopped

thought they would go back to normal with some good solid workouts.....but they havent and a year on still stuck with them lol

any advice? anything i can take?

I had a lump under my left nip. Took Letro and it worked for me. But I caught it after about a week and a half after first sign of symptoms. This is what what worked for me. I would wait for some of the Mods to chime in on this as my experiance with this is limited.

Arimidix (sp?). it cures all!! - did for me and this was a few months after cycle. got rid of lumps and puffyness

If the Arimidex or Letro isnt showing some improvement by week 4, I would drop them. Sometimes crushing estrogen to the ground will reverse gyno, but most of the time it’s just high body fat.

Some guys just store their BF in the chest, and the only fix for this is diet and fat loss.

This is why I love Omega. This was the perfect opportunity for him to plug LipoStim and Lipoflame but he didn't. He plugged someone else's products instead, so I will do it for him. I store fat in my chest and I definitely notice that while on Lipoflame and now LipoStim, and also T-rex for that matter it was less noticeable. I would presume that some of it has to do with fat loss and also the fact that the diuretics properties of these products make me hold less water. I'm not one to back any OTC supps but I have yet to try an AGX product that I didn't like.
Personally I am running arimidex to try to reduce some gyno I have had since puberty and also drop some bodyfat with LipoStim and Lipoflame. If that doesn't work I'll add some nolva in there at 20-40mg per day. Just my 2 CC's.

I beleive that almost any gyno (even gyno you have had for 10 years) can be reversed. Yes I do. I beleive that all or almost all of your gyno can be taken care of with the right program. I have watched my wifes tits go from large c's to "god damn where did my wifes tits go" with just a different type of birth control. I have seen men turn to women and women turn to men with just hormones.

I have personally helped at least 20 members of this board that had gyno since they were kids get rid of it. I have personally helped thousands get rid of gyno during and after cycles as well.

Will I lay out how I do it in the open? No I will not. The members I have helped will post up though. You will see them all over the board. I don't post on the open board how I do it because I am not going to waist my time defending it from numb nuts who think they know it all.

Also Its not the same for each person. Its different from person to person depending on a lot of things. Many people have put there trust in me and non not 1 single person has been let down yet. I would never cover it up if they had been ether.

So take it for what its worth. If you want my help just pm me and I will give it to you like I do every one. Also I will make it cheaper then any one else on the net can. So that is that.

I think this is my promlem. I have slight puffy nips but i also have some fat in my chest and i know it would look alot better if i tightened up my diet better and drop my bf%

im not going to get on here and lie about my body fat, as i do have some......some of you guys make a good point and yes i think i do store some fat in my chest area, therefore making it worse....but most of it is caused by not getting on a proper post cycle therapy, so a good lesson for the newbies

for the more experienced guys would you consider arimadex better than the tamoxifen?

Not a sponsor on ef anymore. I will admit they got a few good products. Maybe not for every one but I think it should be open for discussion to all. Lets be far and open.

I will kill any one who spreads this around. I have used Af products to help people get rid of gyno lol. Hay I know what works and I got no shame in telling people to use it when I know it will help. Like I said it all depends on a case to case biases.

Drop your bf% level down to the 8-10%, if it is still apparent then i would suggest using letro/arimidex. If that doesn't work, i would consider taking needto's advice and pm'ing him.

i am a beginner aas user. but i can tell you this. tamoxifen alone has cleared my gyno in the recent past. i am now on cycle running adex .5mg eod from day 1 and after 2 to 3 weaks into the cycle i started getting tender nipples so i jumped back on the nolvadex and problem solved. nolvadex is king for me. every one is different though.
