How do you know when your experiencing gyno? I'm on Dbol 30mg/wk 7 weeks . Im a week and a half in.

7 weeks? 5-6 weeks is max when running an oral. unless you're running liver detox throughout.


If you are developing gyno you will notice puffy/swollen nipples and they will become very sensitive. If the tissue forming is still soft it can be removed with nolvadex. Otherwise prevent it with Adex.

Hopefully, you've been taking the Nolva with the AAS...if not, get going!!

My roommate has done quite a lot of research on the oral 6 week max thing. There are many posts about it being an exaggeration and that there are people who go on it for many months. But besides that i feel aches undr my right nipple. I might start taking the nolvadex

If The Are Sensitive To Touch. Say You Take Your Finger And Press Directly On The Nipple And It Hurts Or Stings It Is Probable Gyno. Also If You Start To Itch Or Just Rub More Then Usual. It Sucks If You Get It, Be Carfefull And Have Some Nolvadex Or Get Some Soon.

is it possible, to develop them and then they gradually go away naturally, especially if ur not on that long of a cycle. I'm hoping people who ahve noticed it or developed them could tell me.
