biggest mistake in my life!!

weightgainers are crap, they are protein with tons of simple carbs....i would only use it post workout, other than that youre gonna put on some fat
 
The weightgainers in the 80's were the definition of junk calories. I used to shit/fart with a growling stomach all day when I was in college.

Calling someone a stupid fuck isnt really the right thing to do considering people come to the website to learn just as you do. I am sure you have been misinformed or perhaps made some mistakes sometime in your persuit for a better body. Chill out buddy.
