Sambuca is the one seen most in the US, at least that is what I notice...
There is also an Italian version floating around I see every once in awhile...
In fact, when I was in Dubai, UAE... I was served a glass of water and a shot of the licorice liquor... I was told to mix the two - the mixture turns milky white... WIERD...
Anyway.. there are a bunch of these around...
Not just the greeks, italians, or arabs...
Sambuca can be found at almost any store that sells liquor in the states if you want to subject yourself to such torture...

BTW Bfold, what's the country like now that the greek have won the european soccer (or football as you will come to know it now that you live in Europe....lol) championship? are you planning to see the olympics as well?
