Ok guys I need some help. It has been a very long time since I did any cardio. Now that I am getting back into training I have noticed that I have to cut my workouts short b/c I almost pass out from being winded. I have always been a hardgainer so I never did much cardio because it made me loose too much weight. I have to do something about this. Can anyone suggest some good ways to build my cardio system?
Sprints?
Long Jogs?
Walking?
