Ok guys I need some help. It has been a very long time since I did any cardio. Now that I am getting back into training I have noticed that I have to cut my workouts short b/c I almost pass out from being winded. I have always been a hardgainer so I never did much cardio because it made me loose too much weight. I have to do something about this. Can anyone suggest some good ways to build my cardio system?

Sprints?
Long Jogs?
Walking?
ect....
 
I am looking for some suggestions on the best way to do some cardio. I need to build my cardio vascular system. I mean I cant even get through a workout b/c I am soooo out shape!
