I'm not an expert, but I have run it a lot of times and my advice would be to go for the lower dose, longer approach. It takes a few days to build up in your blood, ie, I usually run 200mg, first two days I'm hot but nothing crazy, by the third day I'm melting. Longer you can stay on at a dose like that you lose fat continually and dont run the risk of dying, which can happen at the higher doses.
