I'm was curious about your 2 day Cycles.

Would the following work?

Thursday Night - 800mg
Friday - 400mg

And that is it for the entire week.


What macronutrient breakdown would you recommend on the diet? Fructose only also, correct?

Paulos is this your first time using???
Heres whats reccommended for starters.....Day 1-3 200mg

Day 4-8 400mgs
Usually kicks in around day 3, DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!!

Please use caution messing with this stuff!!!!

I'm not an expert, but I have run it a lot of times and my advice would be to go for the lower dose, longer approach. It takes a few days to build up in your blood, ie, I usually run 200mg, first two days I'm hot but nothing crazy, by the third day I'm melting. Longer you can stay on at a dose like that you lose fat continually and dont run the risk of dying, which can happen at the higher doses.

I ran 200mg for 10 days followed by 400mg for 7 days a while ago. I just hate sweating constantly, it's fucking embarassing, I'd rather try the 2 day burst approach to see how it works.

Two day cycles make things definitively more managable. If people see you sweting everyday like a mofo for weeks on end they kinda freak out.
