im takeing a post workout prebedtime supplemnt called big by cmi labs the tast is horrible and dosnt mix up well but its make fairly good results just thought i would let everyone know

CMI has come out with BIG in a pill form. I agree that the taste was horrible, but it is a very effective growth and REM formula. Make sure you do not take BIG during the day. It will make you very loopy. LOL!
