Thanks, everybody, although it was hardly a solo effort. I tried to give credit to those who helped directly in the "Any Input" thread, but a lot of others contributed indirectly through journals, posts, etc. that are included.

Regarding additions/suggestions, where were you guys with this stuff over the past few days while we were working on the sticky?
