Big FAT Bloaty GUT!

I am right there with you big, big gutted boys. Good info on the stretching and tensing macro...glad you're still posting. Whatever happened to E2 btw?
 
I had the same problem and still do to some extent.

Weak transverse abdominus muscles(think of it as a natural belt) will expand your stomach.

As far as posture, make sure that you are rowing as much as you are pressing. Most people focus on there chests and don't row with the same intensity.

Learn how to control your scapulae muscles and how to pull your shoulders back. 1-2 sessions with a good sport oriented physiotherapist can really help.
 
Quantity of food AND liquid volumes will effect profoundly the distension amount of your torso. Look at the bushmen. They may eat a significant meal once in a month and when they do they have to feast thru day and night because the meat wont keep long, hence their proportions. Posture very important. Moreso it is a 100% of the day mental effort to strengthen the stomach muscles by holding the stomach muscles in. Believe me after you do this for long enough it be come hard to purposely bulge your belly. then the most important is to get the LBM ratio up and reduce as much water retention as is safely possible.
