Guys,
I'm at the stage in my mid section development where when I tense my abs they show through slightly. If I tense really hard my lower stomach goes flat. All good so far.
However, when I relax my stomach and breath out, my gut just goes all pear shaped. And rounded and expands... I look f***ing preganant!!! Like a weeble. And it spoils every other part of my body, it's almost as it I don't work out at all!
Is there anything out there for this bloaty look. I want it tight. FLAT TIGHT AND HARD EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY, DAMN IT!
I can't walk around tensing my abs all day. I want it to look like that without trying.
Help me out fellas PLEASE!!!!
