Big FAT Bloaty GUT!

Guys,
I'm at the stage in my mid section development where when I tense my abs they show through slightly. If I tense really hard my lower stomach goes flat. All good so far.
However, when I relax my stomach and breath out, my gut just goes all pear shaped. And rounded and expands... I look f***ing preganant!!! Like a weeble. And it spoils every other part of my body, it's almost as it I don't work out at all!
Is there anything out there for this bloaty look. I want it tight. FLAT TIGHT AND HARD EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY, DAMN IT!
I can't walk around tensing my abs all day. I want it to look like that without trying.
Help me out fellas PLEASE!!!!:bawling:
 
I have the same exact problem. I got this due to my bulking phase. I don't really know what to do either. I don't want to lose weight and that's for sure.
 
Me three boys. I fucking cant stand it, tensed up they are all right, I can even see the top 2 rows but relaxed I look like a fat cunt. Worst thing is I dont think theres even that much fat there..
 
I'm glad I'm not the only one who looks like a pregnant fat fucker.
I've heard that it could be due to the quantity of food you eat in one sitting. I'f you eat too much you expand your stomach lining.
Hence the bloaty look. Whereas if you eat small meals, ie stop when your STILL hungry, eat the rest an hour later. Then the smaller the food you shove down you throat and into your stomach the smaller the stomach will stay. Nice and tight.
The theorys good. However the practise maybe somewhat different.

Anyone else know what we're supposed to do?
 
posture...

stretch.. hamstrings especially.. tight hamstrings=tight lowerback=extended gut.

strengthen.. when not full.. practice pulling in and flexing abs(frequently through out the day pull in abs and hold flexxed for 10-15 seconds.. over a short period of time it can make a big difference).. as well as maximum pull in (aka vaccuum)
 
Unless you're competing, who gives a damn. Any stick-man who wants to starve himself enough can get abs. Be a man and stop staring at yourself in the mirror.

actually poor posture is an extreme detriment in a long term training scheme.. and who actually wants a bloated belly?
