Right now I'm at about 265...the gains have kinda stalled. But I'm still clean as can be...about to change though. About to hit a quick cycle (4-6weeks) then come off...then hit it hard coming into the meet. Would like to make it to 285-290 by mid October...then slide in right at 275 by Dec 1st.
