Big Belly area! what gear to get leaner on?

I also have trouble getting rid of fat around my lower stomach. I was chubby as a kid but lost a lot of weight around the time I was 17. Actually lost a little to much, I was at 165 and 6'1. Even at that low of weight the only fat on me was on my stomach. Now 7 years later I am 225, around 9% BF and I'd have to say its easily most noticable on my stomach. I have never been able to get defined ab's. I do cardio on occassion and my diet is very very strict and I follow it like a bible, anyone who knows me thinks I'm crazy for it. I too am going to try a cutting cycle and even throw in some yohimburn DF as I have never tried it, maybe it will give me the results I am hoping for in combination w/ my diet, excercise and aas.

The thing I don't understand is that no one has offered up the need to seek medical advice! He did not say that he has had any bloodwork done nor did anyone ask. I say...Have your thyroid levels checked. Your levels may be low...not low enough for the Doc's to do anything but it may give you some knowledge as to what the problem is.
Most "chiseled"people assume that people with belly fat are lazy and need to "do more cardio". But I can assure you that the "average" person could stay extremely fit and lean on 20 minutes of cardio per day. But there are others like me who can do the same amount of cardio and keep a good diet but still wont lose belly fat. I am one of those people...My thyroid numbers are just above baseline. Baseline is .55/top end is 5.5. And no one one this forum can make me believe that people with numbers below 1.0 can lose bodyfat the others can.

Just MHO.
 
Gear does NOT make you leaner. It only aids in the process if your diet and training (weights + cardio) are in tact.
