So to all of you guys thinking, im just a simple new kid who dont knows a shit bout roids and training AND diet..Wrong.
I have trained for 10 years now. always reading and trying diffrent and new training methods, food and diet.
Have also been on and off roids the last 5 years or so.
I made this a simple one because i didnt have the time to tell all my life story. AND i didnt want to either.
Have extremly, and i mean extreamly hard to get down on low body fat. Some ppl have it this way and im a beliver this it because of genethics and diffrence in hormones. Anyway have sometimes tried to diet with other bros, have run exactly same diet and trained the same rout as they do. But i NEVER get as lean as them. Never.
Therfore a simple question.
Im soon hitting a new cycle. This time i wanted something new and diffrent. Also i wanted to avoid the dbol/test bloat i always get, and would be very happy if the cycle would make me some harder / leaner too.
*Is my cycle a good one, or do you have a better??*
