Update. Up 5 pounds total today. Have dropped the Beast and am preparing for tren. Leaned out considerably and am attributing that to diet and training, since beast and sust are in no way cutting compounds.
Much more vascular, and I hit 495x3 with ease on deads again this morning. Pumps aren't quiye as ridiculous as when on Beast, but I feel much better during the day and almost feel like the last few weeks have been a blur because of how groggy I was the whole time.
The weather is super nice tonight, so I am headed out for a Marine Corps style S&E run.
I run a total of 4 miles, stopping every half mile to bust out a max set of pushups, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, then the dreaded burpees. Then repeat the pattern. After 4 miles I will have done each of the excercises twice, for a total of 8 max sets of work!
Headed out, gonna kill it!
