Biceps not getting sore anymore...

Soreness isn't directly related to growth but it's best gaudge there is as to whether the muscle was been worked well. It's lke saying a speedometer isn't directly related to whether you'll arrive on time -- but it gives you a better idea of when you'll get to where you're going.

As far as biceps, this is a common problem. There are a few things you can do but the first thing you have to do is NOT use a cambered bar. Cambered bars take the stress off of the bicep and place it on the brachialis, which allows for more weight to be lifted but less bicep stimulation.
