Bicep/tricep definition

I have been working out hard the last 6 months and have seen a huge gain in the size of my arms. However I am lacking in real definition of my arms...especially my bi's. I do sets in the 6-10 range. I hear that the "higher reps/more definition" rule is a myth.

Any recommendations for getting that more defined look to my arms?

dont know my bodyfat but I am 6'4, 225 with a 34 in waist so I dont hink fat is the issue.

Someone told me to try flwxing your bicep while curling...has anyone heard of this working?

Slap whoever told you that. Its all about bodyfat. It doesnt matter if you "think" its a bodyfat problem or not, the fact is definition comes from lower bodyfat.

True that! If you have 14 inch arms and 5% bodyfat, they will look defined. If you have 18 inchers and 20% bodyfat then they will look big and smooth.

also, possibly completely unrelated for you, but I used to have much higher bodyfat as a teen, even though my bf has lowered, the excess skin is still around so my biceps aren't amazingly defined. shame.

water retention. extra skin is only an issue if you were obese.
