6 weeks in
did 50mg dbol ed stopped at week 5
500mg test e ew
400mg deca ew
proviron 25mg ed
HCG 2ew 250iu

weight start 215 bf 18%
weight today 227 bf% 21-22 depending what time of day..

Are these scales just shit. Maybee I am wateree as hell.

Diet is good not super but good. Calories for sure are not way too high. Min of 150 grams of protein ed. Biggest cheat is bran muffin or lean burger with no fries.

Going for 15 weeks will fire up 50 mg Winstrol ED at week 9. Drop the Deca at week 12.

Advice or toss the scale.

unless you only weight 75lb this is way way way to low on protein.
 
i think the problem is your diet. that is a pretty heavy cycle bro, and to only eat 150 grams of protein? i am around 210 and i eat 150 grams of protein by 12pm.
 
2 grams per pound def. im getting in 400-500 grams ed at 205lbs, eat protein first,fiber second, then go for carbs, if you can get them down, or drink a shake with every meal, where there's a will there's a way.
 
you need AT LEAST 2grams of protein per pound of body weight (200lbs = 400g protein / day)

given your body weight - 227lbs and only taking in 150g protein/day - you are not going to make any substantial gains. you increase in weight im sure is water retention (which 'may' be the cause of the bf increase).
 
for most of us, its nearly impossible to eat 400plus grams of protein a day. utalize protein shakes. 50g per shake. 4 - 5 shakes a day. theres 200 - 250g.
