I started at 265 and cut to 232 as of two Sundays ago.
I pretty much dropped the ball the last two weeks with my diet and working out. Meaning I cheated probably 5 times and only worked out 4 times.
I just took this picture before lunch.
Any idea for my body fat percentage?
I am guessing around 14% if I was dunked... 10 to 11% by calipers.
Lay it on me. I need motivation!
