Better split?

Klown

New member
I'm trying to decide between these two splits..

day1: Chest, delts, tris
day2: legs
day3: back, bis
repeat

Or

da1: chest delts tris
day2:legs
day3: chest delts tris
day4: back bis
repeat

is it better to give more time and rest between training back n' legs?

My theory has always been to train upper body followed by a day off and than lower body. Results don't come from the gym, they come from diet. Train hard and eat right. Some of the most seasoned weight lifters train 2 times a week and focus hard on intensity. They get great results provided their diet is in check.

Am I reading that right? On the second you plan to hit chest delts tris almost 4 times a week?

Since you want suggestions here is my old routine and the one I recently switched to.

Chest/Tri
Shoulders
Back/Bis
Legs

Now:

Chest
Shoulders
Arms
Legs
Back

Top Bottom
