Best ways to cook chicken

Whenever I eat chicken rotisserie from Walmart I always get sick after. Does this happen to everyone else and what do you think is causing this

I want to start making my own chicken. Can you suggest how to cook it it's really hard to cook and I'm scared that I will undercook it and get sick

the best way to cook it is on a grill like one of those foreman grills etc

those rottisseries are full of chemicals, refined oils and garbage, that is why you get sick.

get your own chicken and cook it in an air fryer. that is the easiest way. or you can grill it

invest in a temperature thing and make sure it is 170 degrees internally and you will know it is done

I use air fryer

chicken is harder to cook then red meat, you aren't wrong

just make sure you cook it well done
