Best way to sterilize gear: bake, nuke or filter?

best sterilization method is filter with a .2micron and add a little BA to the gear. I researched the net looking for the answer and NOWHERE could i find that baking on 250 for 3 fifteen minute intervals would sterilize shit. I think the lowest temps i found was like 350 for 3 hours or something. I know some swear by it, but i couldnt find anything.

agree, but be sure to SUPER heat the oil to about water consistency. Anything other than that will blow right through the filter..

Can a filter be used more than once?

What about drawing boiling water through it after using it, to
sterlize it?
