Best way to split pills accurately in half's or quarters?

You can buy a pill splitter in many pharmacies. There is a place that holds the pill and it splits the pill with a blade when you close it, so the bits don't go flying.

I got a pill splitter from Ebay delivered to the UK. Just a blade in a box as the guy above described.
