Something non filling, no bloat, doesn't make you feel gassed up all day...
I think i've become lactose intolerant due to the fact I barely drink milk anymore at all (last 2-3 months)
I had a protein mix yesterday, I felt horrible, all exhausted/nausia, water logged feeling all day. Even when I woke this morning, still was just bloated out of my mind, had diarhea
I usually just eat chicken (meats), eggs, beans, but I was in a hurry yest so I blended up something out my protein tub. It was a massacre on my body for some reason, I never felt that way off ingesting 150 calories of a protein supplement, wtf.
Anyone have any good suggestion?
