best time for creatine

after, your muscle are dying to be replenished so add it to your post workout skake with some high GI carbs. i believe your muscles absorb more nutrients after a workout to be stored as glycogen(carbs in muscles) so you will have good creatine uptake

I don't believe so, but why take glutamine when you are getting a lot already in the whey protein?

I take 5g pre-work out for enhanced ATP replenishment AND 5g post-work out for its muscle cell volumizing properties.
 
Its ideal to try and keep creatine levels constant.
Take 5g earlier in the day - Take 5g post workout.

Its best to take creatine on empty or with some kind of carb source. After taking the creatine post-workout, 5-10 min later chase it with a 50g-50g carb/protein shake - this way you get the macronutrients you need and potentiate a very high insulin spike (equiv of 90g+ of dextrose).

Take the glutamine later - preferably inbetween meals.
