Take 5g earlier in the day - Take 5g post workout.
Its best to take creatine on empty or with some kind of carb source. After taking the creatine post-workout, 5-10 min later chase it with a 50g-50g carb/protein shake - this way you get the macronutrients you need and potentiate a very high insulin spike (equiv of 90g+ of dextrose).
Take the glutamine later - preferably inbetween meals.
