i like the time released bcaa capsules. like rbranum said, glutamine is crucial for recovery, and eat like a horse is perfect. if you want to get big, eat eat and eat more. chicken, red meat, eggs, steak (like london broil), salmon, tuna, even throw in a couple of double cheeseburgers for the cals if your trying to bulk up. just eat frequently and make sure you always get enough protein in. all of that food will do more than a weight gainer ever would.
