Best Quality Protein

What's the highest quality, if not listed please tell us...

mrp for breakfast(blend with carbs) whey after workout(then eat a meal) mrp before bed(slower digestion)...but in all honesty i dont think you'll see a differnce in results if u just took whey or blends...Arnold and Franco didnt fuck around with whey and look at them:fro:
 
I'll echo the statements of others. Provided you get enough protein I don't think it's going to make a substantial difference. In fact I used to be a big believer in the "real food is best" school of thought. But recently I compared the results of eating 7-8 real meals vs. 7-8 servings of 50g of whey a day(which many say is pointless due to the fact that whey is a fast acting protein) along with some fruit and nuts and I saw almost no difference in my lbm gains.
 
Not all protein is created the same. Different types of protein have different biological values (BV). BV is a measurement of how quickly and effectively your body uses the protein (a ratio of nitrogen uptake versus nitrogen excretion). The highest biological value, by far, is in whey isolate followed by concentration.
