Budget:
Protein- www.proteinfactory.com (possibly GNC if I can stomach it)
Dextrose- same (use Gatorades to supplement the supply, not replace it)
Glutamine- www.netrition.com ($44/kilo) compare GNC ($47, half kilo)
non-Budget
Protein- Isopure Zero Carb, or Met-Rx APM{SP?} @GNC
Dextrose- more Gatorade if not on budget.

Blood&Iron said:Biotest Surge is pretty good, although a bit pricy. Plus I hate giving TC Luoma and Co my money.
1 serving contains:
50g dextrose
25g hydrolyzed whey
5g BCAAs
3g glutamine
It's called Distance.BreezeKeeper said:
GNC has a similar product in their recent line of protein powders. I'm not sure of the carbs, but the other stuff is virtually the same. There's only 14 servings, I think, per bottle and it's BOGO, buy one get one half price. And I've always said it's 20% of on Gold Card days, and 30% off if you're boning one of the girls who works there.

Mega Whey is not hydrolyzed and it has no added carbs. It's simply regular old whey with BCAAs and glutamine added. Very different from Surge.BreezeKeeper said:I was right on, brother. What I was referring to is called Mega Whey. I'm still not sure if it has hydrolized protein, but it does have all the other stats--
