OK, let's have it. What is the best thing to ingest post-workout? Protein? Carbs? Glutamine? Creatine? All of the above? A combination of the above? Something else? Please explain your answers.

70 gm of maltodextrin, 40 gm of hydrolyzed whey, 10gm of creatine, 5 gm of glutamine, and 10gm of d-bol.

You should be drinking a shake with 80-100 gms of simple carbs and a couple of scoops or so of protein immediately after working out. Then within 2 hours after working out you should have a high carb/protein meal. This is also the ideal time to take your vitamens, etc.

Protein=amino acids=muscle

I'd have to say protein, protein, and more protein. Also throw in some creatine and glutamine post work out. Some say to also add a solid meal in about an hour after your post workout shake.

Hi Big Will - can you explain your logic?

Thanks, bro.

Protein, Prottein and then some more Protein. Save the Creatine for when you are off the gear (except if your on Var)
