best options for female over 50 for strength?

I’m a female who’s over 50 years old. I’m about 134 lbs and 5’2”. My goal is to get stronger. What is going to be the best option for me? Should I go with VAR at 10 mg a day? Or should I try some testosterone at 25mgs a week?
 
i love me some GW and sarms for females. it is less of a risk. those aren't gonna mess with you
 
testosterone use is risky with females. maybe try 20mgs a week to start. get bloods done though
