I have some on the way thank god because I am pooped out of energy,today was the 3rd day on the keto diet and I was so weak I couldnt even finish my workout and strugled badly through the hour on the eliptical.

I'm carb cycling as well. 3 no/low carb followed by a carb up. You'll be very happy w/the Stim X.

I am thinking of not carbing back up till I am at 5%,but well see.If its taking you 3 days to get into ketosis and your carbing up every 3 days wouldnt it defeat the purpose?like wouldnt you always be out of ketosis?

I'm not going for ketosis. I can't function. I was just like you are now and thought there was something seriously wrong with me. :D Sassy (in Womens forum) suggested I cycle carbs instead. It works for me, and I'm able to work out at high intensity all week.

I take in complex carbs every 4th day, but still stay within my restricted calorie range. (I basically trade carbs for fats on that day) It gives me just enough fuel to keep going without losing energy, and still drop body fat.

Ohhhh so you eat clean on the other 3 days just low carbs right?But still eat low fat instead of the 70% fat required from the Keto diet.Thats the part I cant get used to is putting down that fatty food,its gross lol.
