I like the movie to be OVER, no questions in my mind. I don't mind twists but I hate it when you're going "Well, what the fuck happened next?" An example of this is Pan's Labyrinth. Was it a dream or fantasy or was she a fucking princess after all?! Leaves me feeling unfulfilled.

The ending of Pan's showed that it was obviously all in her head. Captian Vidal walking up as she's pleading with the faun (he naturally sees her talking to thin air) proves this IMO.

If u didn't appreciate the movie then I could see how you would think the ending sucks.

For those that were into it, however, the ending fit perfectly.

I have no shame in saying that the movie scared the bejesus out of me when I first saw it in the theater. Watching that last scene still gives me goosebumps.
