Best method/rountine 2 Gain mass/weight?

what is the fasted method/rountine i can follow yo gain weigh/muscle mass? I looked at Dogg Crapps but people havent really told me about it? Cud some1 please hook me up with and solid method/rountine? ty
 
If you want to gain weight and mass, it's more about what you eat, not how you train. You need excess calories and high protein intake.
 
u wanna bulk us with muscle mass and weight... i suggest using madcows variation of 5x5.. ppl seem to gain aot of mass and strength doing that
 
join date march 2005. i am guessing you are pretty new here. almost any training routine will work. that said I like any program where you train anything more than once per week and has proggressive overload and denconditioning.

HST, madcows 5x5, or west side all are pretty good IMO.

however, as booey said, gaining weight is all about a lot of protein, good carbs (oats, brown rice, whole wheat bread, green veggies, etc), and healthy fats (peanuts, almonds, flax oil, fish oil, etc).

just sounds like a newb question, and considering the join date is recently, i put two and two together and vwola. asking a question like 'what routine is best for mass' is like asking if i will get big from eating protein. no brainer IMO.
