Before smart phones came out i always used the free sites on the net. Last year i was using CalorieCounter app on my android. Which has pretty much anything you can think of, namebrands and all. Wondering what other methods guys here are using?

For keeping track of my workouts and nutrition. I use the Daily Burn iPhone app. It's free and it syncs with their website. While their is a pro version, the free version tracks what I need (calories, fats, carbs, protein). The fitness tracker also provides videos of the exercises to see what you should be doing.

Excel, by far. Keeps track of anything I want it to. I can extrapolate and interpolate just about anything.
I'm never far from my laptop... so...
