best mass gain first cycle?

hey guys

been lifting for a few years now and want to start the gear,
im 23, 6'2 , 80 kg and looking for advice on choosing my first cycle, looking for a mass gain cycle but am worried about side effects, hair loos/acne etc etc, obviously pct will be taken but like I said , im new to gear so any advice would be much appreciated.

have you researched anything at all as to what you may want to run... you need to throw out what you are interested in so you can get the guidance that you want... how much size are you wanting to gain... do you want a ph or aas? these are things that you need to disclose to get proper guidance...

At 6'2" 170 pounds something's wrong with your training and diet. Starting aas would be like putting the cart before the horse.
 
apologies for lack of info there guys, been told a 8 week test/deca cycle would be a good first cycle but just after some more guidance, yeah been lifting for 2 years now and yeah dont get me wrong have gained quite alot of muscle mass but want more
 
Like these dudes said you gotta have an idea of which drugs you want to take and the kind of gains you want to make. You can do an Anadrol only cycle at 100mg per day and yes you will gain lots of weight and be very strong but the sides will be rather harsh, you will probablly loose 3/4 of everything you gained at least. You can do an Anavar only cycle, gain a few pounds, throw a couple dozen pounds on your max bench and keep probablly 80% of what you gain and the sides will be very little to none. You can do a test and d bol cycle and have good gains with some water weight and keep about 75% of your gains post cycle. These are just examples. Theres a million options. EF members always construct proposed cycles based on stats and specific goals theres a ton of things you must consider in order to get this right, if you dont get it right the consequences can be very nasty and they will stick with you for a long time.

deca on a first cycle is a trainwreck waiting to happen. Whoever suggested that to you is a full fledged retard.
 
ive done a 6 week oxymetholene cycle last year but really didnt notice much gains, strength gains were there but not much mass , looking for dramatic gains and to keep my gains , been researching and speaking to guys at the gym , been told an 8 week test/deca cycle is my best bet but what do you guys think, apologies if I come across as an utter tool, just tryna get pointed in the right direction

Based on your stats you are not eating enough , not flaming you at all dog , you need to eat to grow and Deca gains are mostly water gains so stick to the basis for your 1st cycle , test /dbol , research some more though AI , pct etc
 
i will ask this again. why are you 6 foot 2 and only 170 pounds? i know skinny 6 foot guys i work out with who are 200+ pounds. 170 pounds for your height means you have very little muscle on your frame.

you put on a lot of mass, meaning you started out weighing 150 pounds or something? i would say you need to keep gaining weight for now. build a base for yourself. then you can worry about steroids
 
It would help us tremendously if you could post up an example of what your diet looks like. We need to know that you can eat to gain. Otherwise a cycle will do you no good

I agree, you gotta eat big to get big, not by engorging yourself at each sitting but by dividing those meals up into 6-7 servings a day this will help you build muscle and ensure that the excess calories are not stored as fat.
 
yeah my diet is no where near nailed, good breakfast, post shake, pre shake, but due to living at home and nearly always having littel food in the house my calorie intake is way off, typical day food intake - breakfast-cereal/orange juice, lunch-sandwiches/chilli or chicken breast, pre workout shake, post workout shake, jeez considering moms cooking dinner, anything goes - pizza/burgers , pasta , anything really which i know isnt good but yeah thats a typical day for me
 
Eat more. Train more. Add a couple of extra protein shakes (BIG BLAST and N2BULK are best) and all you'll need to do is pop a couple of Dbol every day for a couple of months and you'll have more size than you'll know what to do with.

yeah you won't get big off pizza, cereal and shakes bro.

if you want to get big you gotta eat big. right now you are eating a skinny teenagers diet.

you are 23, time to move out of the parents basement and live on your own. mom isn't gonna cook you bodybuilding type.

or buy one of those small fridges and put it in the garage and buy your own food.

don't even bother with steroids until you are gonna eat proper food

baked chicken breast, brown rice, boiled green veggies.

OR

100% grassfed beef, sweet potato, salad

OR a great breakfast

3 cage free eggs scrambled with olive oil, 3 organic pancakes with pure honey, turkey sandwich on ezekial bread

read my bulker in my signature below for more ideas. and i hate to break it to you but I spend about 600-800 a month on food. the quality of food i buy is extremely high and I eat like crazy. i hit the supermarket EOD or E3D. i had a guy at the supermarket come up to me the other day (i had just left the gym and was weating a tank top) and asked me flat out "how do i gain muscle?" i told him you gotta lift and eat big. and to follow me and watch what i buy. he was shocked at how much food i buy and it only lasts me 3 days. i prett much stuff my face from 6am till 10pm at night. if i don't eat a meal atleast every 2 hours I feel guilty that the muscle i have sweated for will rebel against me
 
thanks buddy, also another question guys, once diets squared away etc etc, if I then choose to run a test/dbol cycle, the last thing i want is to lose all my hair, wouldnt be cool, what can i use to combat hair loss?

100-fucking-percent correct. You're skinny as hell and you need to learn how to eat and train before you start AAS. Period. I don't care what you think you know, or how much you think you eat.

OP, from reading all your posts, it sounds like you are going to use AAS ASAP, come hell or high water. What the people who know a damn thing or two in this thread are trying to tell you is, save your money and spend it on food instead.

If mommy won't cook you what you need, then get in the kitchen and cook for yourself. If she isn't buying steak, fish and chicken, go buy it and cook it yourself.

I assume you have a job and your own money?

Getting your diet "squared away etc etc" is going to take more than a day or a couple weeks. It will take time to change your poor habits of eating a bowl of cereal for breakfast, "etc., etc.". Stop thinking about AAS and start focusing on eating enough of the right things. Get a little notebook and start writing down everything you eat every day. Also write down the amount of total calories, grams of protein, carbs, and fats in everything you eat. Set goals for cals, protein, carbs, fats, and when you are hitting those goals every day for a week, set higher goals. You should be consuming 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight (around 350 grams for you). Then guess what? When you hit 200 pounds, you'll need to be eating 400g protein. See the pattern? If you don't know how to count calories and macros, go to a site like fitday and use a tool like that to help you.

Get that diet right and after a couple months of learning how to eat, go back and learn how to train. Lift heavy and use a routine that puts you in the gym no more than 3 days a week. A 2 way split or the madcow 5x5 would do you very well.

Those two things alone should have you over 200 pounds without any AAS, and within 6 months.

If you kept progressing properly in diet and training, you could hit 220-240 naturally. Worry about steroids after that.
