Best lifting for my problem areas?

Howdy guys. My main problem areas are my chest (man tits) and sides - hangs over the side of my pants. love handles I guess.

What excercises best target these areas? Also, for the chest, what's the strongest estrogen blocker?

cardio and diet are what u need here to get rid of the fat around your chest and love handles, you cannot just work certain muscles and expect to lose fat there. Anti-estrogens are not going to do u any good here, just lift, eat right, do cardio and stay dedicated and you will start to lose weight. they are a few great supplements out there like lipoflame that will help you reach your goal faster. I advise u to go the the diet section and ask for some help there. .
