The bottom line is from my exerpience I have tried numerous diets and training routines and still have lost muscle/strength while dieting. Swolecats program opened up my eyes, its amazing how he can change your body in such a short amount of time while adding muscle mass at a high rate.
People come up to me and ask if I am competing everyday, I love it! Like I said I highly recommend for you bros to use Swolecat as a"SECRECT WEAPON"..He doesnt cost much and its well worth it to look sickkk for the rest of the summer. If you think about it every top level athlete uses a Diet Guru to help them Ronnie, Tyson, etc.
All I know is that whenever I diet or bulk from now on I am going to use Swoles methods for sure. No more trial and error , I am set for LIFE!

i don't know SC at all, but I do believe that structured layed out diet plans are well worth the money they cost and that macronutrient timing is also very important, i think it is a bunch of bs if you think otherwise, i mean come on how succesful would it be to drink a maltodextrin drink right before bed, i mean comon, lets get real here macro timing is the most important part of a diet-josh

I try hard not to judge anybodys beliefs as most have some merit but this qoute rings more true with every day that passes. You can't argue with ~sc~'s results. The man has it hooked up. I havn't read Nelsons books but I'm pretty sure he doesn't lay out a dieting strategy with anywhere near the detail that Swole's plans do. I think if he did, more folks would be chiming in supporting him.
 
swole despite what i've said to you in the past, i dont hate you. i respect what youre doing for your career. its just that youre too easy of a target lol.

anyway, has any seen any actual before or after pics? the ones i've seen so far are pathetic (go to the forum on swole's website). there are only two guys who i was impressed with (SOLID and hardasnails) but i was impressed with their physiques before they went on swolegenix. the before and after pics on there are just what joe blow can achive with a good diet. if they are truly impressed with their phsyques, its obivious that they have never tried to diet before.

there are alot of bros on this site who have been on his diet but i've never seen your pics. im only going by what i've seen so far and so far, all it takes is diet and discipline to lose BF, not a "customize" diet.

You really don't know what you're talking about.

First of all you're quoting someone who is known to be nothing more than an antagoist. He offers nothing but to dispute whatever I say. If I say 2 and 2 is four, he'll say it's three.

Secondly, there have been dozens of people who have read my books and I don't think I'm exagerating when I say the response has been 99% favorable. Meanwhile every dismissal of my methods comes from people who admittedly haven't read my work. What does that tell you?

I have absolutely nothing to gain by saying that nutrient timing does nothing. I say it, because it's the truth. If you think I'm saying it because I don't know any better, that's your ignorence and I can't help you.
 
People, do you really have that much trouble making a diet that works? Here I'll give you one for free. Eat alot of tuna and little only a small amount of carbs and fat. When you eat carbs use r-ala and biotin. Eat veggies for carbs. That will be $150.00 please. The problem with most people is that they stick to their diet for a week and then they start cheating or give it up alltogether.

You're more egotistical than I thought. Please get down off your high horse and join the rest of us in this thing called "reality". Nelson, I have not only disputed your theories in the past, I have concretely shown through studies and scientific evidence how off base you sometimes are.
