If you can inject glutes no problem then I'm going to guess you're pretty damn small because when I try injecting there I have a few problems that get in the way...... my biceps and lats. Hehehe.

Honestly though, I can't imagine anyone with some serious size to be able to self inject into their glutes without assistance. I can barely wipe my own ass now, let alone inject.

I inject quad and I've never had any problems.. but my buddy tried doin it and after putting the needle in his muscle contracted slightly, he pulled out and he says he will never shoot quad again.. I think he was just scared but possibly he hit a nerve or something..

glutes have the best absorption rate, period.

there's studies about it somewhere.

It's by Minto et. al and involves Nandrolone esters in oil vehicle.

I have only done delts and like it very much. Little to no soreness, easy to do, no bleeding. I like shooting there. Haven't tried anywhere else yet.

I have only done delt once and never tried it again.

Maybe you did it on another spot or something...but when I did it blood came gushing out and it was bruised for five days. Was absolutely pissed...I hate when blood comes out of the glut or anything because it's like I'm losing some of the ml I just injected in. But that's the only time I was bleeding for more than a second.

Always do quads. Hit a nerve once, pulled out, moved over a little bit and was fine.

I like delts...

I did glutes when I was shooting 2X a week though. Rotated glutes and delts.

I never do quads because of the nerves and veins.

lets say one was to inject 1ml to the delts. would you then inject the 1ml just in one delt, or 0.5ml left and 0.5ml right.
If so, do you changes needles?
