I have only done ass but again I was doing TEST E and EQ, and its a hard to reach in your ass at 254lbs pluse you get cramps trying to reach back. I think I might hit a vein once doing it, OMG had a nasty swollen ball for about a week. Anyways next cycle going to do Test prop and Tren so I need to learn other sites, I was thinking of Quads, shoulders, ass, and Traps
