ive tried delts, quads, and glutes and they all hurt. i have to say though, the glute is the most tolerable!

I have only done delts and like it very much. Little to no soreness, easy to do, no bleeding. I like shooting there. Haven't tried anywhere else yet.

I mostly use my quads. I can't comfortable reach my glutes, and aspirating is a bitch.

LOL not a problem. Some people don't like doing them, but I think they are the easiest ones to do.

the butt cheek is the easiest, its in, out and done. i've also done in my quads and delts but the glute is definitly the least intrusive.

Legs are good for me. Did bicept once; couldn't really use my arm for the rest of the day!

lol so what part has the most receptors? i dont like delts because i have alot of viens in them and hit them all the time
