Best Injection/Absorbtion Site

lets say one was to inject 1ml to the delts. would you then inject the 1ml just in one delt, or 0.5ml left and 0.5ml right.
If so, do you changes needles?

i love glutes but i got some sterile abscess let in them from my last cycle so i'll be shooting quads and delts for my upcoming cycle, i was thinking of doing lats as well but i'm not sure, anyone likes lats?

Been doing my glut bit of a dead arse for a few days, done my right quad 2 days ago and im walkin with a limp no swellin or signs of infection never again! backside all the way!!

Delts were my favorite.. I can do it myself easily; and I felt the best (euphoria) from my test that way..

It also made my shoulders much larger, which I liked...

One time it hurt like hell.. another time I bled all the way down my arm... but I lived so I guess I'm fine..

Take mine at the doc's office now, the only place they will give it to me is glute.. hoping my ass doesn't get huge...

hm.. I hate glutes! It's a bitch to aspirate, and I cant stop shaking.. done quads and calf too.. love both, no pain what so ever in quads, a little soreness in the calf.. but heavy leg training was no problem..

glutes cannot do anymore, chest is too wide cannot reach around.

delts and quads are my choice. 4 rotation sites, easy to get to. Only time I ever had any trouble was with a glute shot...just don't want to do it again
