Also can anyone shed some light with this stack.. Yohimburn+R-ala and then later on add L-dex?

Also I just purchased Yohimburn ES, which came with THERMOREXIN and GLUCORELL R...how can I intergrate these into my diet/workout with either... Hydroxycut...No2explode or Superdrine RX-10?...would it be same to mix the THERMOREXIN and GLUCORELL R with one of the 3?

If youre wondering I'm

6'1'' 250 pounds...and want to weigh 180 within 4 months from now if possible,,,thats about a loss of 4 pounds of a week.

When would be the best time to take these supplements?

heres my routine

8:00am 30 min jog.

9:00am Breakfast containing Instant Breakfast shake, Cereal a fruit and 4 hard boiled egg whites (only).

11:am Snack containing a small mix of fruits and a yogurt.

1:00pm Lunch containing boiled chicken breast chopped up and made into a sandwich containing Brown multigrain bread...mustard...lettuce and tomato.

3:00pm workout such ass pushups...crunchs...situps.

4:00pm snack containing a small mix of veggies.

6:00pm Supper containing Brown rice and Boiled chicken breast.

8:00pm Weight workout...dumbell curlbar etc.

8:30 small snack such as a yogurt....(IF I even have the snack but most of the time i dont after my weight workout)

And ofcourse through out the day I drink a whole lot of water..and also add flax seed to my diet.

Now my question is when would I take all these supplements so they can be effective with my routine/Diet?

a good rule of thumb for losing body fat is no more than 2 pounds per week. have you been doing any physical activity before this? make sure you ease into things. if you jump on it hard as hell from the start youll burn out. as for your diet make sure your getting plenty of protein and veggies. eat alot of broccoli and make sure you getting a lot of water. also vary the type of cardio your doing. like one day do 30 min run at a brisk pace, then the next do interval (sprint for a couple minutes jog for a couple), then the next do a 45 jog. just give it time and be consistent with everything and youll see results. good luck bro.
