Best exercise to do in place of shrugs...

Well, two of the physical therapists that I know (I had physical therapy on my knee and they told me what to avoid) as well as my sports doctor have told me that those exercises will lead to problems. That is not to say that you should not do them, just be warned.

It is somewhat common knowledge now that those exercises stress your rotator cuffs awkwardly and may cause problems...
